Medieval WeddingMedieval WeddingOur Medieval Wedding is being held at 2 PM on May 8 at Kohl's Ranch, East Highway 260, Payson, AZ 85541. Payson is about 70 miles (2 hours) Northeast of the Metropolitan Phoenix area on SR-87 (a.k.a. Beeline Highway, North Country Club Drive becomes SR-87). Directions from Phoenix and from Tucson (or anywhere else) to Payson are available from Yahoo!Maps. From Payson, take Highway 260 East about 10 miles. Kohl's Ranch is on Highway 260 and well signed. Kohl's Ranch is currently booked for the weekend of the wedding. However, there is a variety of accomodations available in the Payson area, from campgrounds to resorts, that will be fairly close to the site. You may also check the Payson Chamber of Commerce for suggestions.
We
are active participants in the Society for Creative
Anachronism, a medieval reenactment
educational organization. Clothing in a style represented
somewhere in the world between 900 AD and 1600 AD is required to
be worn by all attendees.

We are requesting that
local attendees bring a medieval dish large enough to feed 5
people to the wedding in lieu of a gift. Please let us know what
food you plan to bring in your RSVP. Also, if you have extra
feast gear, please bring an extra setting or two. Here are some

No one is required to bring either food or gift. We will be honored by your presence.
